These general conditions of sale are governed by Legislative Decree No. 206/05 which governs the consumer code in section II distance contracts (articles 50 - 67) and by Legislative Decree No. 70/03 which regulates the e-commerce.

I) Definitions

Customer (hereinafter also referred to as: Buyer and / or Consumer)

The items for sale can be purchased by adults, companies, merchants, communities and organizations, according to the rules governing the distance selling contract.

IV) Prices
The published prices include VAT. The amount that the buyer must pay will be the one displayed at the time of confirmation in his cart at the end of the order.

V) Order
The customer successfully completes the online order procedure if the www.serafinipelletteria.it site does not show any error messages.

Delivery time:
Shipping / delivery times are indicated when ordering and must be counted from the acceptance of payment. 3. your name and surname, e-mail address and telephone number.
One of our representatives will manage the file as quickly as possible.
All the goods refused and not accepted with justified reservation will not be replaced.

warranty:
All products marketed by Il Sellaio Pelletteria Artigianale di Francesca Serafini, are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to art. 128 and ss. Of the D. lgs. N. 206/05.
To use the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice that he will receive together with the purchased goods.
Any free products are not covered by any warranty.
The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided in the manner illustrated in the documentation inside the package of the purchased product.
Forfeiture of the guarantee:
The warranty is void unequivocally for all products that have undergone a different and / or improper use from that described in the use-maintenance and / or warranty documents.

VIII) Right of Withdrawal
The Legislative Decree n. 206 of 6 September 2005 relating to the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts provides for the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of unconditional withdrawal.
This right consists in the possibility, exclusively in favor of the consumer, to withdraw from the purchase unconditionally, that is, without any expense and without having to provide any explanation to the seller.

The consumer will be required to return any purchased products already received in perfect condition and in their original intact packaging (not worn and will be required to pay the return costs) by sending them to the headquarters of Il Sellaio Artisan leather goods by Francesca Serafini in Via Caio Mario, 14 00192 Rome

In the event that the purchased goods have been damaged and / or used, the consumer will not be able to avail himself of the unconditional right of withdrawal as this alters the condition of the goods and of the packaging.

Seller's withdrawal:
In the event that the seller is unable to fulfill the requested order, he has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 30 days from the date of the order by providing the customer with a simple reasoned communication, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 185/99.
In this case, the customer will only be entitled to a refund of any sum already paid.


IX) Disputes
If the Customer wants to open a dispute regarding a purchase, he can connect to the ODR telematic platform, managed by the European Commission, which can be reached at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr; once connected, he can choose the body to contact to resolve the dispute and activate the relative procedure.

X) Applicable law and competent court
This sales contract between the Customer and the Seller is governed by Italian law. Any dispute deriving from the interpretation or execution of this contract will be referred to the exclusive knowledge of the competent court.
